The Immersive MAT Peer Development Review

The Church of England Foundation for Educational Leadership (CEFEL) is now in the position to offer The Immersive MAT Peer Development Review.  

The Immersive MAT Peer Development Review is an invaluable opportunity for Multi Academy Trusts CEOs & senior leaders to collaborate and gain external perspectives on their improvement plans. Let’s delve into the details:

What is the Immersive MAT Peer Development Review? 

  • This program allows CEOs and Trust Boards of MATs to come together and focus on a specific area of their development improvement plan.
  • The review process pairs MATs to provide each other to gain external insights and feedback in a safe but honest way.
  • It aims to enhance collaboration, learning, and improvement across MATs that will go beyond the process itself.

  • The program has been successful since its launch in 2022, with MATs of varying sizes and contexts participating, including those with a mix of church and community schools
  • Feedback from MATs and CEOs highlights the benefits:

Cost and Inclusions:

The cost for a participating MAT is £3,500 + VAT, which includes:- 

  1. Individual support during onboarding.
  2. Tailored partner allocation.
  3. Remote advice and administrative support throughout pre, review, and post stages.
  4. Bespoke training sessions delivered by expert practitioners.
  5. Face-to-face specialist reviewer training.
  6. Regular online meetings throughout the process to support and ensure progress
  7. Access to the framework and supporting materials.
  8. External Quality Assurance for the process and final report.

  • In person – Wednesday 4 December 2024 – 10am to 3pm - Church House, Great Smith Street, London
